My name is Loren Fraute, and I am proud graduate of Florida International University (FIU), where I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. In addition to being a licensed Home Inspector (HI-3628), I am also a licensed and practicing General Contractor (CGC#1519051), with over 10 years of construction experience. I have built and consulted in the construction of residential homes, and have worked under several commercial/retail construction projects. My inspection career began in 2008, when I was subcontracted by Don Meyer’s Inspection (DMI) to conduct insurance inspections for the “My Safe Florida Inspection Program”. After that, I worked as a subcontractor in 2010 for Inspection Depot under the “Citizens Outreach Program”, where I conducted over 2,500 Wind-Mitigation Inspections. I became a licensed Home Inspector in 2010, and quickly began to conduct Home Inspections for individuals looking to buy homes. I soon realized that there is a great need for qualified professionals to be able to provide quality information and solutions to all associated parties in the real estate transaction process.
